Pumpkin Smash and Bash
Bring your carved Halloween pumpkin to Flick Park and have fun smashing your pumpkin and turning it into compost that will help nourish plants in the spring. We’ll even have fun rolling pumpkins down the sled hill! Note: Remove any candles and glow sticks beforehand. Non-carved pumpkins will not be accepted. FREE Admission! The event is weather permitting and may be subject to cancellation.

Fall Restoration Work Days at The Grove
THE EVENT ON NOVEMBER 3 HAS BEEN CANCELED. Make a positive change by assisting in restoration efforts by such as removing non-native plants or collection seed. Please bring work gloves if you have them and wear sturdy shoes and long pants. Volunteers under 15 must participate with an adult. Registration is not necessary, but RSVPs are appreciated! Richardson Park Pickleball Input Meeting
Richardson Park has been identified as a potential site for new pickleball courts as part of the Park District’s Pickleball Feasibility Study. We are inviting Richardson Park neighbors to join us to provide feedback on design concepts as part of our planning process. This meeting will be held at Park Center in Room 101.
