Billy's Boot Camp

Park Center Health and Fitness is the first Midwest location to host a residency with international health and wellness guru Billy Blanks—a living legend. With his enthusiastic teaching style and dedication to overall wellness, Blanks is dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals.

The residency will offer an array of high-energy group fitness classes for teens and adults. Billy’s infamous Tae Bo is not all about physical training; his classes are designed to increase self-esteem and encourage positive mental health. Billy creates a workout for the mind, body and spirit. Participants will enjoy a unique, challenging fitness experience that combines elements of dance, martial arts, aerobics and boxing.

Pickleball Tournament

Join us for our second Pickleball tournament at Park Center. Space is limited so register your team today. Only one member per team needs to sign up. There will be one division only, but all skill levels are welcome. Game times will be determined after the number of teams is set. There will be a prize for the tournament winner. Balls will be provided; however, you will need to come with your own paddle.
Registration Deadline: M, May 1. All teams will be added to the waitlist after that.

Restoration Kids at The Grove

Ages: 3+ Yrs. w/adult guardian
Children and their guardians participate in amazing hands-on environmental experiences where they join a skilled staff member in high-quality learning activities that connect children and adults to nature, conservation, and prepares them for a future of lifelong learning, appreciation, and stewardship of the Earth.
