On October 17, 2025, nine bids were received for the Richardson Park Pickleball Courts. Please click here to view the bid tabulation sheet. At the November 20, 2025 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Superior Paving, Inc. of Fox Lake, IL in the amount of $347,192.50.

On June 7, 2024, two bids were received for the Park & Playground Equipment Installation Projects 2024. Please click here to view the Bid Tabulation sheet. At the June 27, 2024 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Playground Safe LLC of Mt. Prospect, IL in the amount of $95,437.
On May 2, 2024, four bids were received for the Central Parkway Pedestrian Bridge Replacement. Please click here to view the Bid Tabulation sheet. At the May 23, 2024 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to W.B. Olson, Inc. of Northbrook, IL for a Guaranteed Maximum Project Construction cost of $738,731.

The Glenview Park District decided not to move forward on this project at this time, due to the bid pricing exceeding the available project funding, and all bids were rejected at the April 25, 2024 Park Board Meeting.
