On June 7, 2024, two bids were received for the Park & Playground Equipment Installation Projects 2024. Please click here to view the Bid Tabulation sheet. At the June 27, 2024 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Playground Safe LLC of Mt. Prospect, IL in the amount of $95,437.

On May 2, 2024, four bids were received for the Central Parkway Pedestrian Bridge Replacement. Please click here to view the Bid Tabulation sheet. At the May 23, 2024 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to W.B. Olson, Inc. of Northbrook, IL for a Guaranteed Maximum Project Construction cost of $738,731.

On Thursday, February 29, 2024, five bids were received for the Community Park West Restroom Building. Please click here to view the Bid Tabulation Sheet. The Glenview Park District decided not to move forward on this project at this time, due to the bid pricing exceeding the available project funding, and all bids were rejected at the April 25, 2024 Park Board Meeting.

On Friday, February 23, 2024, six bids were received for the Tennis/Basketball Projects 2024.  Click here to view the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the March 21, 2024 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Superior Paving of Fox Lake, IL in the amount of $192,800.

On Friday, February 23, 2024, four bids were received for the Ornamental Fencing and Gate Operator Projects 2024.  Click here to view the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the March 21,2024 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Proline Fence Company of Homer Glen, IL in the amount of $48,152.

At the December 6, 2023 Park Board Meeting, this bid was awarded to Ad-Wear of Texas, in the amount of $21,694.84.

On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, five bids were received for the Pool Painting Projects 2023.  Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet.  At the September 28, 2023 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to BP&T Construction in the amount of $48,730.

On Friday, February 3, 2023, three bids were received for The Tennis/Basketball Projects 2023.  Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the March 23, 2023 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Superior Paving, Inc. in the amount of $94,915.

On Friday, January 27, 2023, five bids were received for the Wagner Farm Cedar Shingle Roofing Project.  Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the March 23, 2023 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to the low bidder, Prate Roofing and Installations, LLC in the amount of $54,220 for the base bid work.

On Friday, January 27, 2023, one bid was received for the 2023 Posi-Track RT-40 Compact Track Loader. Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the February 23, 2023 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to L.F. George, Inc. in the amount of $59,618.64.

On Thursday, May 26, 2022, 2 bids were received for Playground Rubber Surfacing Projects. Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the June 23, Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Perfect Turf, LLC in the amount of $293,681.

On Thursday, April 7, 2022, 2 bids were received for asphalt paving projects at Community Park West and Gallery Park. Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the April 28, 2022 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Superior Paving, Inc. in the amount of $681,166.50.

On Friday, February 04, 2022, two bids were received for Tennis / Basketball Projects 2022.  Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet. At the March 17, 2022 Park Board Meeting, this work was awarded to Superior Paving, Inc. in the amount of $646,548.75.

On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, four bids were received for Professional Audit Services. At the March 17, 2022 Park Board meeting, this work was awarded to Sikich, LLP of Naperville, IL for auditing services in 2022, 2023 and 2024. The District found Sikich’s proposal to be the best qualified based on the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP.

On Friday, October 8, 2021, 7 bids were received for Banking Services.  At the November 18, 2021 Park Board meeting, this work was awarded to Glenview Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank, for banking services through December 1, 2026, pending contract review by the District Attorney. The District found Wintrust’s proposal to be the best qualified based on the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP.
