Adam is a NASM certified trainer and holds a BS from Carroll University. His expertise is strength/core training, fat loss, athletic performance enhancement and sprinting. He was an all-American sprinter and runs the Smiley School of Speed. Workouts are varied, dynamic, fast paced interspersing bursts of cardio with strength training circuits.
Bob Jacobs

Bob is an AAFA certified personal trainer and graduated from University of Wisconsin/Madison. His expertise is strength and core fitness, working with a variety of clients including active aging adults focused on functional fitness, young athletes looking to strengthen their game and all ages looking to improve their overall health and wellness.
Andy Santos

Andy Santos graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BS in Kinesiology. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Andy is a lifelong student of the martial arts and holds a Black belt in Karate
Chung Ham

Chung holds MS, BA, and BS, from Western Illinois University and specializes in Strength & Conditioning, High Intensity Strength Training, Kettlebell Training and Functional Training. Chung also accommodates Partner Training and does Small Group Training sessions. Chung’s certifications include: CSCS (2008), NSCA- CPT (2008), NASM-PES (Level I/II 2011), NASM- CES (2012), ASFA-Kettlebell Instructor (2014), FMS (Level I/II 2016). Chung believes fitness is for everyone and an important part of a balanced lifestyle. His motto is “keep moving.”

Karen is an ACE certified personal trainer. She holds two BAs from Aurora University and Dominican University. Her specialties are general strength conditioning, balance/mobility, pre/post hip/knee replacement, active aging adult and Parkinson wellness recovery. She meets clients from where they are at currently and helps them reach attainable goals.

Kathy is an ACE certified personal trainer and life coach with a Master’s degree in Psychology from National Louis University. Kathy has worked in the fitness industry over 25 years. As a fitness leader, she introduces people of all ages how to begin the practice of daily exercise and help achieve fitness goals.

She has worked and believes in the concept of Fitness for Life for nineteen years. She enjoys teaching senior strength classes connecting with clients on developing day to day exercises to maintain flexibility, strength, and balance.
Michael Geesey

Mike is a NSCA, CFSC and a CSCS certified personal trainer and holds a BS in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from University of Delaware. His specialty includes mentoring the teens. His knowledge and explanation of fitness along with application to his clients is top notch.
Jordan Buchta

Jordan is an ACE certified personal trainer and is currently enrolled in Oakton College studying Nursing. His expertise is in body building, powerlifting and strength training for athletes. He was a powerlifting state champion, and was an all-conference shot putter. Jordan also assists in coaching the Jr Titans Football Program. He enjoys teaching and walking clients through the new ins and outs of the fitness industry.
Matthew Carter

Matthew is a NASM certified trainer who graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Chemistry and Chemical Biology. His expertise is strength/core training, Olympic lifting, sprinting, and flexibility/balance training. He was a D1 sprinter in college and has experience in coaching track teams. His workouts are specifically created to fit the clients goals in their fitness journey; whether you want to be able to stand on one foot comfortably or become the fastest person you know, he will work with you to reach your goals.
Brian Cullen

Brian is an ACE certified personal trainer and an ISSA certified strength and conditioning coach who graduated with a BA from DePaul University. He was a D2 college rugby player and his expertise is in functional strength training, strength & conditioning and athletic performance. His goal is to help his clients learn to move better and gain confidence in the gym.

Nicole believes in working the body as a whole, focusing on the individual’s needs.
Werner Martin

Werner is certified through Physical Mind Institute and completed his comprehensive Pilates teacher training. Werner is a former ballet dancer and yoga instructor, and has been teaching Pilates throughout the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. He focuses on strength, yoga, barre, dance and well-being.
