CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: Tae Bo® creator Billy Blanks returns to the Midwest as the international health and wellness icon is welcomed by the park districts of Glenview, Highland Park and Wilmette for a Tae Bo® Takeover Weekend during November 8-10. Register here.

Tae Bo® Takeover will be focused on Billy’s goal of bringing a heightened awareness to the importance of maintaining health and wellness through physical fitness and a positive mental attitude. Tae Bo® is a great workout for the mind, body and spirit.

Billy brings his enthusiastic teaching style and dedication to wellness to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. His holistic approach to wellness, exhilarating workouts, and powerful positive energy are unlike that of any other fitness professional.

At each park district, Billy will present an array of high-energy classes and events designed to motivate and inspire the community as he helps them create a path to wellness.
