Tucked away in the heart of Tall Trees, this park remains a nice, shaded option for play on the hottest of summer days.
In 1963, 4.5 acres was donated to the park district by the developer of the Tall Trees subdivision. Development of the site as Tall Trees Park began that same year.
In 1992 and 2002, the playground at Tall Trees Park was renovated as part of the park district’s capital replacement program.
