Five full acres of fun await in this northwestern Glenview park.
In 1987, the Glenview Park District accepted five acres of land and a cash donation from the developer of the Brandess subdivision in the northwestern area of the park district bordered by Pfingsten and Willow Roads and the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks. Development of this park, named Jennings Park after James P. Jennings, a park board member during the 1960s was completed that same year.
In 2006-2007, Jennings Park was renovated as part of the park district’s capital replacement program.
