Park Center Hosting 21st Annual Sprint Triathlon on June 30, 2023

Hometown Race Returns in 2023 following pandemic-related hiatus

The Glenview Park District is hosting the 21st annual Park Center Sprint Triathlon presented byAthletes posing for a photo before the start of last year's Park Center Sprint Triathlon Glenview Bank & Trust® on Sunday, July 30, with an early morning start at 6:30 a.m. The race includes a 300-yard pool swim at Splash Landings, a 10-mile bike through The Glen and a 5k run around Gallery Park. The Aquabike division consists of the swim and bike portions of the race as described with no running component.

The Park Center Sprint Triathlon is suitable for all fitness levels ages 12 and up. All participants receive a dry-wicking T-shirt, a finishing medal, chip time, post-race refreshments and the chance to win great raffle prizes. The entry fee is $80 per person; participants can save $5 by registering online in advance. For additional information and to register, visit glenviewparks.org.
