farm craft party packages
Farm Craft Party Packages include:
- Private party room with 8 tables and 36 chairs
- 90 minutes of party time and option to add extra party time
- Additional 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown
- A craft project for up to 20 children
- A tractor-drawn wagon ride
- One staff person leading and assisting
- Access to the Heritage Center Museum, Farm Adventure Playscape, and Historic Wagner Farm grounds
- Celebration time for cake and refreshments
40 person capacity party packages cost $325 and 60 person capacity packages cost $430. Either option include 20 participating children. Five additional children may participate for an extra $5 per child. Parties can be booked for 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Parties booked for children ages 3 – 5 will use mixed-media materials (markers, stickers, and crayons) during their craft. Parties for children ages 6+ will use paints during their craft.
Piggy Party
Time for a piggy party! Your little ones will have a blast making a special piggy bank, taking a tractor-drawn wagon ride, and exploring the farm during a staff-led tour.
Tractor Factor
Decorate a wooden tractor to take home, then check out a real working tractor as you climb aboard our party wagon for a ride around the farm. Of course you’ll see our animals, too!
Horsey Hoopla
By the end of this party, you’ll see horses in every color of the rein-bow! Enjoy time decorating horse figurines, riding on a tractor-drawn celebration wagon, and touring the farm. You may even have a chance to meet our horses!
Beautiful Birdhouses
Have a blast beautifying birdhouses! Once everyone is done crafting, enjoy a tractor-drawn wagon ride and tour of the farm.
Pumpkin Palooza
Fall on the farm is fun! Decorate pumpkins using stickers, then enjoy the crisp autumn air during your tractor-drawn wagon ride and tour of the farm.
ONLY AVAILABLE IN OCTOBER. Stickers will be used for all parties, regardless of age.
celebration space packages
Perfect for first and second birthdays! This option offers the most flexibility for groups with wide age ranges and to bring your own party theme to life.
Celebration Space Packages include:
- Private use of our small or large party room with tables and chairs
- Two hours of party time, plus an additional 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown
- One staff person assisting
- Access to the Heritage Center Museum, Farm Adventure Playscape, and Historic Wagner Farm grounds
Celebration Space Packages are available for 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Contact us if custom times are needed.
A tractor-drawn wagon ride can be added on to Celebration Space Packages for an additional $90.

Sweets & Treats Ice Cream Package – available June – October.
Each guest receives one scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream and sprinkles. Staff will serve in your private party room. May be added to any package.
