Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Memberships On Sale!

For the 7th year, Historic Wagner Farm is offering shares in its Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Enjoy fresh, local produce while supporting the Farm and youth education.
As a member, receive a weekly basket of seasonal produce from late June to early October, including over 100 varieties of fruits and vegetables.

Spring Restoration Work Day at The Grove

Join us as we work to restore the native habitat at The Grove. Collect seeds or remove non-native, invasive plants to make way for native wildflowers, grasses and trees. Bring your work gloves, if you have them, and meet at the Interpretive Center.

Registration is required for this event. Email groverestoration@glenviewparks.org to register and for more information. Work parties may be cancelled if there is inclement weather.

For ages 8 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Superhero Skate

ZIP, WOOSH and GLIDE on over to Glenview Community Ice Center on Saturday, March 29 for a super public skate. Dress like your favorite superhero and show off your super powers on the ice.

$4 skates, or use your season pass. Children ages 5 and under skate free with a paying adult.

Wine with Nancy Kerrigan

Enjoy a special evening of conversation with Nancy Kerrigan, hosted in the Lakeview Room at Park Center. Your ticket includes two drink tickets, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a raffle ticket. Food and drink provided by Forza Meats.

On Ice with Nancy Kerrigan-Figure Skating Workshop

Figure skaters have the exciting opportunity to learn from one of the best! Nancy will share her expert insights, techniques, and personal experiences to help you elevate your skills on the ice. This hands-on workshop is open to ages 7 to adult, and all levels, Basic 1-Senior.

Bunny Hop Skate

Join us for a hoppin’ good time at Glenview Community Ice Center for a special public skate and visit from the bunny. Welcome the spring season with some bunny-approved fun on the ice!

Summer Camp Parent Information Meeting

Are your kids involved in summer camp with the park district? Join us for the information meeting to learn everything you will need to know about this summer session, and ask any questions. At the end, you will also be able to meet with your child’s Camp Director!

Jammin' 5K/10K & Foam Frenzy ½ Mile Fun Run

Rock out and run at the Jammin’ 5K/10K! This exciting timed event, for ages 10 and up, has live music at every mile. Whether you’re participating for a personal best or simply enjoying the vibe, this will be an unforgettable celebration of music, movement and community.

Younger runners, 5-12 years and kids under 5 with an adult, can take on the Foam Frenzy Fun Run­—a half mile FUN RUN with a foam frenzy finish where you’ll stride through the suds!

After crossing the finish line, stick around for the ultimate afterparty. Enjoy a foam party, live local music, light refreshments, and an award ceremony for 5K/10k participants.
