Splash Indoor Pool Parties
Make a splash at the newly renovated Splash Indoor Aquatic Center at Park Center! Renovated from top to bottom in 2026, Splash offers an updated party experience with new and reimagined aquatic features for swimmers of all ages.
All Splash pool parties are two hours and include:
1 hour of pool time
15 minutes to exit the pool and change
45 minutes in a private party room with tables and chairs provided
During pool time, party guests will have access to the full Zero-Depth Activity Pool, featuring a reimagined interactive play structure with water features, a new taller and faster water slide, and up to two lanes of the newly renovated six-lane Lap Pool.
Lifeguards and a Pool Manager will be on duty throughout your pool time. Lifejackets are available in a variety of sizes on a first come, first served basis.
Public Swim Party
Public Swim Parties take place during regularly scheduled Public Swim hours, providing a fun and affordable way to celebrate Splash. The aquatic center remains open to the public during your party.
Adult Supervision Requirements: Party hosts must provide at least 1 adult supervisor (age 16+) for every 5 children under age 9 and 1 adult for every 10 children ages 9 and older. Designated supervisors must remain in the water, wearing swimsuits, and actively supervise children throughout swimming time.
Available Saturdays and Sundays:
1-3 pm Party: Swimming from 1–2 pm, changing 2-2:15 pm, and party room 2:15-3 pm
2-4 pm Party: Swimming from 2–3 pm, changing 3-3:15 pm, and party room from 3:15-4 pm
3-5 pm Party: Swimming 3–4 pm, changing from 4-4:15 pm, and party room 4:15 pm-5 pm
Important Booking Information: Select your 1-hour swimming time when booking online. Your reservation includes an additional hour afterward for changing and the private party room. For example, selecting 1:00–2:00 pm reserves your full party from 1–3 pm.
Private Swim Pool Party
Enjoy Splash all to yourself! Private Swim Parties provide exclusive use of the Activity Pool and designated Lap Pool lanes for your party guests after Public Swim has ended. Adult Supervision Requirements: Party hosts must provide at least 1 adult supervisor (age 16+) for every 5 children under age 9 and 1 adult for every 10 children ages 9 and older. Designated supervisors must remain in the water, wearing swimsuits, and actively supervise children throughout swimming time.
Available Saturdays and Sundays:
- 4:15–6:15 pm Party: Swimming 4:15–5:15 pm, changing 5:15–5:30 pm, and party room 5:30–6:15 pm.

What to Bring
Party hosts are responsible for providing their own:

- Party supplies
- Food and beverages
Tables and chairs are provided in the party room. A party staff member will be available to assist with guest check-in, review pool rules, and direct your group to the pool and party room.

$575 Resident / $675 Nonresident
Pricing includes up to 30 guests. Parties may accommodate up to 60 guests for one additional flat fee of $50. Additional guests may be added at the time of booking or up to one week before your scheduled party.
Your 45-minute party room time follows your scheduled pool time and 15-minute changing period.
public outdoor pool parties
Parties at Flick and Roosevelt Outdoor Aquatic Centers include a reserved party area and pool admission for your guests, with plenty of time to swim and enjoy the aquatic center before or after your celebration.
You have three options for party packages. You will select whichever one best fits your anticipated guest list.

As your guests arrive at the facility, staff will keep track of how many guests enter for your party. Guests with Aquatic Memberships are included in the count. No refunds will be given if the number of maximums is not met. If a party exceeds the maximum number of guests, the host will be charged a flat rate of $11.75/person for resident and $16.00 for nonresident guests.
Parties will have the option to purchase a food package of 16-inch cheese pizzas depending on the party size and beverage of each guest. Each 16-inch pizza will be charged at a rate of $25 (serves roughly 4-5 adults). Number of pizzas must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days in advance.
Parties may provide their own food for their party as long as it stays in the designated area. In order to provide their own food, parties pay a $75 outside food surcharge. This should be paid in advance.
No alcoholic beverages allowed. Party host provides their own party cake. We will not be able to refrigerate your cake during the party.
private outdoor pool parties
Look to book outdoor swim parties Spring 2027!
Private Pool Parties are available at Roosevelt Pool from 7:15-9:15 p.m. and Flick Pool from 8:15-10:15 p.m.
- Receive exclusive use of the facility including spacious eating areas, lawns and water features including slides, diving platforms, and water playgrounds (Does not include Tot Pool at Flick).
- Facility manager and lifeguards will be on duty to ensure a safe environment.
- Staff will greet you and your guests and ensure that everything runs smoothly during your rental
- Get the option to bring in your own beverages and food. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
Private Parties at Flick: (R:$770/NR:$963)
Private Parties at Roosevelt: (R:$660/NR:$825)

the fine print
All pool rules apply during the party. A review of the rules will provided in the beginning of your party. Below highlights a few specific rules that you should be aware of prior to booking the party.
- All birthday parties and personal private aquatic center rentals must have at least one adult supervisor (16 years or older) in the water, in a swimsuit for every five children under the age of 9, and at least one adult supervisor for every ten children above the age of 9. These adults are seen as designated child watchers, and should be in the water with the children at all times in a full swimsuit.
- All children under the age of 9 or in a lifejacket must be within an arm’s length of an adult (16 years or older) at all times.
- Floatation devices must be US Coast Guard approved, and children must be accompanied by an adult (at least 16 years of age) while wearing them. This adult must be in a bathing suit, in the water and within an arm’s length of the child at all times.
- Balls, inner tubes, noodles, rafts, water rings, mermaid tales, goggles with face masks, toys, foam noodles or inflatable rings will not be allowed in the pool.
- Guests must be 40 inches in height to ride the waterslide at Splash. Parents are prohibited from catching children at the bottom of the slide. Lifejackets are not allowed to be worn while riding.
- All guests must be in proper swimsuit attire (including supervising adults) and bring their own towels.
- If the pool does not open the day of your party due to inclement weather, we will try to reschedule the party. If no dates work, then you will receive a full refund.
- If your party starts and we are more than 1 hour through the party and the pool has to close, there is nothing we can do.
