Facility and Golf Operations Manager
Blake Manhart earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and worked as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network before joining the Glenview Park District as manager of the Glenview National 9 Golf Club in 2006.
A golfer since the age of 4, Blake’s passion for the game is the driving force behind the club and the staff’s enthusiasm to share this great game! Working with our partner, Kinetic Performance Center, Blake was instrumental in the introduction of Junior Golf Performance, a new, cutting-edge golf and athletic development program offered exclusively at National 9 which challenges traditional, junior golf programming to help children excel at all levels of golf.
This collaborative committee meets with our staff every month to share information and make recommendations on the development of the programs, activities and operations for the new paddle club.
The committee is comprised of ten resident paddle enthusiasts and active players that were appointed based on an application process held this past summer.
