Bring the family to the Glenview Park District’s award-winning Roosevelt Pool water park and let the fun begin! Roosevelt Pool is great for families with younger children but also has plenty of attractions for older children and grown-ups.

Cool It at Your Neighborhood Pool
Hungry? The Island Grill has the solution! Instead of interrupting your day at the pool to go get something to eat, enjoy fresh made-to- order burgers, hotdogs and chicken breast sandwiches at our outdoor grill. If a big meal isn't your taste, then try some of our other superb snacks like pretzels, nachos, soft serve ice cream, Hawaiian flavored shaved ice and much more!

Hot and humid one day, cold and rainy the next--Chicago's unpredictable weather can thwart the best-laid summer plans. So before you grab your beach towels and head on over to Flick or Roosevelt Pool, click here to check our Outdoor Pool Closing Policy and call our Outdoor Pool Information Line at 847-724-3337 option 4 to find out if we're open during questionable weather conditions.
Be Pool Smart & Have a Safe Summer
With the start of the outdoor pool season, the Glenview Park District would like to remind parents and other pool patrons that you play a key role in helping us to ensure a safe and enjoyable summer at our outdoor pools. Common factors that contribute to accidental drowning include:
- Lack of adult supervision for children
- Breath-holding contests
- Bobbing or wading into deeper water, then being unable to lift the mouth or nose out of the water or choking on water
- Being a nonswimmer in deep water without a life jacket
Admissions
For admission to Roosevelt Pool, you can pay the daily fee or purchase a Season Membership.

Season Memberships
Season memberships are good for admission to both Flick and Roosevelt Pools for the entire outdoor swimming season. They may also be used at the Glenview Park District’s indoor aquatic center Splash Landings on days when outdoor pools are closed due to inclement weather.
